As a long time gardener and one who worked in the industry and tried probably every glove on the market… I always go back to leather. Not the heavy work gloves but the fitted, soft leather with breatable synthetic uppers. Machine washable too. I got mine at Home Depot.

Christmas Gift ideas (vintage & gardening)?
I have a friend she is looking to receive a gift this Christmas. She’s very much into vintage stuff, and gardening. She’s in her 30’s but a very young personality. She also owns her own vintage shop, so she knows “her vintage”. Help me with some gift ideas???

On Sarah’s house(HGTV). They bought old frames and put in postage stamps. Maybe you can find older stamps with a garden theme and frame them.

Go find a medium size basket from Goodwill – then go to dollar store/Wal-Mart – Load it up with microwave popcorn, chips, cookies, crackers and different kinds of sodas.
