What can I do about my neighbors throwing harmful items at my dogs?
They’ve thrown cans, lighters, bottle caps, cigarette buds, toys, liter bottle, and a garden tool. At first I thought it was the kids until the cigarette buds and the lighters. At this point I’m concerned for my dogs safety because they chew anything they see.

Well first you might want to film them to catch them in act. Then call the cops and have those people arrested because NO person has a right to do that to an animal.

How do I get rid of the white colored people outside?
I’m closing my windows and locking my doors, I heard white people were dangerous and they sell crack, rob stores, and speak strange reverse-ebonics. Why can’t we all look up to black people? They are all outstanding law-abiding citizens, most have no criminal record, set good examples, and are harmless. Should I call the police on these white troublemakers? (One of them has gardening tools on my black neighbor’s garden, I assume he’s stealing it!)

Is a goat a viable substitute to a lawnmower?
Serious answers only please. We have just moved to a very rural setting with a fair sized secured garden. I suffer from carpal tunnel and can no longer work with motorised garden tools. Would a goat do as good a job as the lawnmower in the long run?

No a goat is no use for that job. They are browsers not grazers, which means your trees, shrubs and plants will be massacred.
What you want is a sheep which grazes and will keep a good sized lawn short and fertilised!
