I really want to take our own coffee. Is this something we can take? Or will they take it from us before we get there?
No one will take your coffee if you bring it to Mexico. While you are at it take some coals to Newcastle! Why would anyone want to bring coffee to Mexico? We grow the best coffee in the world!
Hey Chotova! Café Colón of Coatepec, Veracruz! Many of my friends have it delivered to their homes. Love it!

Can you grow a coffee plant from coffee beans you find in dispensers at stores. If not what other unusual plants can you grow from simple things around your house like citrus fruits, or pomegranates, cotton, etc.
The seeds of coffee plants (Coffea spp.) tend to have a short viability period, so even if you found some beans that had not been roasted its not likely they would be viable.
Coffee plant seeds can be purchased and the plants can be grown, but if you plan on growing your own “coffee” that is not likely to be a successful plan, the plants are not unattractive and make an interesting novelty planting in suitable climates..

I have worked at the same independently owned coffee shop for almost two years now. I have grown very close with my boss and I love the company. Due to unfortunate financial circumstances and the bad economy, the shop has to close in one week. I would like to make or do something nice for my boss, but I’m not sure what. Any ideas?
Go to a ceramics class. There you can paint a ceramic coffee mug for them. You can put anything on it you want, they do all the work after that. They look really pretty when they’re done too.
