What’s with Jericho dying in Fallout 3?
If it matters, I play Fallout 3 on the 360. Anyhoo, after starting to get a hang of Megaton and wandering out to do quests or explore, I came back and found Jericho lying dead at the bottom of a ramp near the bomb. Awhile later, after messing up and accidentally getting Lucas Simms killed, I decided to restart the game before either died. Jericho was alive for awhile, but after I sent Dogmeat out to find ammo he discovered Jericho’s corpse under another ramp. I figured it was just a glitch, like how your game will get stuck if you take the G.O.A.T. sitting in the wrong seat, so in the end I took his corpse up the ramps leading to my house, sawed him apart with my Ripper and made a nice little display on the table on the side of the building. Am I better off having him as a garden gnome than an ally? And what is it that makes him keep dying? He’s still alive on my brother’s file, that I know of.

Lol, thanks for the help and compliments. If you want to know, I have his torso sitting up in a chair and his head and arms on the table. For now his legs are just laying under the table since they can’t stand on their own, so I think I may use em to flank my door

I really dont know some people just randomly die. The preacher guy that stands next the bomb in Megaton just randomly died one day on my sure I’m not really sure why. I play it on Xbox too maybe its something with Xbox

you know when you get to vault 112 and your inside that tranquility place well im inside and that old lady told me to find the fail safe inside the abandoned house in which im in. But i cant seem to figure out the order in which i have to activate the stuff like the Garden gnome and such. can anyone tell me what to do plz

im on that mission where you sit in vault 112, and you control a little kid, how do i break their parents up, i tried it and i failed

There is an easier way than the way you are doing it.
Ok first, go into the abanded house. When you enter the house there will be various items you can click on and they make sounds. Click on them them in this order.
1.Broken Radio
2.Glass Pitcher
3.Garden Gnome
4.Glass Pitcher
5.Cinder Block
6.Garden gnome
7.Empty Bottle
then you will open the fail safe. Then go to the computer and order the chinese soldiers to kill everyone in the simulation. Hope this helped!!

In Fallout 3, How do you get out of the Serenity Chamber?

Do you mean Tranquility Lane?
First, find Old Lady Dithers and speak with her. She might be walking around town, or you can find her in the Dithers residence (northeast corner of the circle). She’ll fill you in one of the grittier details about Tranquility Lane and tell you that there is a Failsafe Terminal inside the Abandoned House. This is your Good Karma ticket out of here.
Second, enter the Abandoned House. It’s at the northern point of the circle. Inside, you’ll find a collection of items. Clicking each item produces a tone and creating the proper song will make the failsafe appear. If you want to succeed through trial and error, go listen to Betty and pay attention to the background music. Try to repeat the melody by clicking on the objects in the house. As you attempt to hit the notes in the right order, the game will play the correct tone after a series of incorrect tones. So keep clicking away, and make a note of the tones that the game plays back.
Or, cheat a bit and click them in the following order:
1.Radio
2.Glass Pitcher
3.Garden Gnome
4.Glass Pitcher
5.Cinderblock
6.Garden Gnome
7.Glass Bottle
This is one of the more obscure puzzles in the game, so don’t feel bad if you had to cheat a bit. I did the first time through.
Third, activate the failsafe terminal and read through the plot information. You’ll find out lots of stuff about Braun and his experiments. When you’re done, read the documentation about the Chinese Invasion program and then activate it. This will summon a bunch of Chinese soldiers to murder everyone – for real – and leave Braun alone in his simulation for eternity.
Fourth, go to the playground and speak to Betty. Braun will reveal his true identity and answer any questions that you have. He’ll be a bit put off, since you damned him to an eternity of loneliness, but whatever. He had it coming. He’ll eventually fill you in on the fact that your dad is the dog, and you can leave by using the door that appeared.
Fifth, head through the door. Back to reality! Now you’re back in Vault 112.
No you don’t get caps, sorry.

Garden Gnomes in Games, relevance?
I have been noticing lately that a green garden gnome with a red hat appearing in alot of games recently. There was one in Half-Life 2, Fallout 3, LittleBigPlanet and now in Legendary. Is this some sort of Pop Culture reference Im just missing or maybe just bored developers. Thanks.

Looking for a specific Fallout 3 mod?
I’m looking for a Fallout 3 mod, but I can’t remember for the life of me what it was called, and Google is giving me nothing.
What it did was it put a sewer grate right outside of the Vault 101 entrance. Inside the grate was a shelf with all of the bobbleheads, a box with all of the skill books, and a giant garden gnome that would give you thousands of experience points every time you clicked on it.
I want this mod so that I can start off my PC version directly where I left my 360 game off at, and so I can save myself for having to download an individual mod for each of those things.

You can use console commands to give yourself all 30 levels worth of experience points, 10 in all SPECIALs and 100 in all Skills.

What are the rarest items in Fallout 3, like the giant teddy bear?
I found a few of these odd hidden items like the mini garden gnomes on the chess board and the one-of-a-kind weapons. The giant teddy bear in one of the satcom arrays was inside the nailed up boards.

To obtain the ginourmous teddy bear, you must place about 15 mines on the lab table facing the boarded up door and shoot them to explode, and after a few tries it will be within reach of the character. Look up fallout unique weapons for the rare weapons list. There is a giant hot plate in the museum of dave at the republiic of dave, the lucky glasses on the manican at Lucky’s, the store close to the tenpenny tower. There is thelucky 8 ball obtained if you help timebomb in big town in red’s clinic, but only if your medical skill is high ehough. There is search the same tower that the giant teddy bear is founds in, and find a chessboard. On it are reeeeaaaalllly undersized lawn gnomes and alchoholic bevearages used as chess pieces. Ummmmmmmm, what else…. OH. There is a super small nuka kola truck in gallos place in the metro station (not sure which, google gallo in fallout 3…) and thats bout it! WAIT. There is an action abe action figure in the museum of history, in the lower levels.

how can i spruce up my house in fallout 3?
i have a house in megaton and i want to spruce it up. and i dont mean getting stuff at the craterside supply (themes, infirmary, workbench) i mea items like, garden gnomes, teddy bears and nuka cola trucks. got any ideas and where i can find them?

The stuff you’re looking for is everywhere in the world.
I would suggest taking the perk that allows you to carry 50 more pounds and just pick it up as you explore. A good place to start is Minefield. Some of the houses there have children’s rooms that have a lot of toys and such.
