My mother use to have one of those white goose statues that you put the little seasonal clothes on and sit on your porch, but someone knocked off its little head! I want to get her a new one for mother’s day, but I can’t find anywhere that sells them. I believe her’s was called “Martha Goose” and she got it from some gardening magazine? If anyone could point me in the in the right direction I’d really appreciate it!
No ebay, please!

Years ago, my mom used to get gardening magazines that had sections in the back dedicated to trading seeds (“I have these seeds, want to trade for those kind” type of posts) I want to find out if there is something similar still in existence on the Internet and where I could find them, or if Monsanto has wiped them all out. Thanks for your help.
Davesgarden.com we’ve used it a couple of times.

I’m writing an article for a german magazine describing ways that New Yorkers are going green in 2011. I know urban beekeeping and rooftop gardening have been around for a while, but does anyone know approximately when they were started? And if you know of any new ways people are going green in 2011, that’d be a huge help. Thanks
Have you thought about solar paneling and wind turbines
