Mix my ashes up with some cement and pour mixture into a rubber mould of a garden gnome, the same gnome you see with the fishing rod , and then they can place me right beside the front door , that way i can still keep an eye on them,but knowing my family they,d probably sell me at the local car boot sale for a couple pounds! Lol

How many of you think the world will end in 2012?
After seeing previews for the movie 2012 I wondered if it’s possible the world would end?

Neither the ancient or modern Mayans predicted this. They left that up to liars and fools in the USA, Belgium and a few other countries.
Very few people believe this, including those who are saying it will end. It is about profits, not prophets, marketing, not Mayans.
Stories of disaster or anything big in 2012 are nonsense promoted by gutter websites and gutter TV transmitters for one purpose, to make money from the sale of books, advertising, movie tickets, guns, disaster shelters and survival supplies, or to get people into dangerous religious cults. Disaster in 2012 is 2% superstition and the the rest is direct lies.
The Mayan calendar does not end, nor did it predict anything from 2012, and not warning signs either. The lies that there are predictions are the bases for the lies that anything will happen at all. Since the basis of the predictions are a few lies, then all the predictions fail, no matter what other “evidence” is trotted out to support them.
In all cases in the 2012 material the other “evidence” is also lies. Here’s a short list of the lies, the list does not cover everything because there are too many different lies and some of them contradict each other.
Planet X exists, Nibiru exists
Solar flares reaching the Earth
Pole shifts, geographic or magnetic
Scientists predict it
Planetary line-ups, galactic line-ups
Photon belt
Earth’s core heating up
Nostradamus, anyone or anything else predicted it.
Garden gnome apocalypse
Get my drift? It is all nonsense.

What is a good costume to go to a ‘Occupation’ themed party?
Other people are going as WW2-style Pilot, Lady Gaga, Builder, Ghostbuster.
Just want something that’s not stereotypical.

When you say “occupation”, I am assuming that you mean employment, not a situation related to WW2 Europe.
Stereotypes are powerful and useful. If you wear a uniform then everybody knows how to respond to you and you know how to behave. A uniform helps you to develop your dialogue as a character, helping you know how to behave at a party. Some uniforms help to set up flirtations: look what you can get away with when you dress as a cop. Here are some ideas:
– Hugh Hefner (wear a smoking jacket and sophisticated lounge pants)
– 19th century gunslinger
– Circus performer: ringmaster, animal trainer, acrobat, fat lady, tattooed lady
– delivery person (UPS, USPS, FedEx)
– TV chef personality. Make some pretty cakes, have some hissy fits
– TV sales personality (sell everyone a Slap Chop or a Snuggie)
– Barbarian, mercenary or Viking. How about doing some raping and pillaging when you punch the time clock?
– Caesar, Tsar or Pope. It’s fun to be the boss.
– Garden gnome. They’re getting a lot of attention now
– Santa. His job seems pretty cool!

How can i keep my neighbors dog off my lawn?
It goes around and breaks flowers, sprinklers, garden gnomes, etc. Please help! Any suggestion!? I have talked to neighbor, and even threatened him and all he says is ‘What proof you got?’ so i showed him videos he says ‘Your point is…’ Please help

I feel badly for the dog. You have done your neighborly duty in nicely requesting the dog remained leashed in addition to providing proof. You could spray the dog with a hose and say “go home” since you can’t get help from you neighbor. Additionally, you can call the dog officer or ASPCA for methods to handle it. You can also call the police because if there is a leash law in effect in your town, then it is the responsibility of the dog owner to keep him contained. If the neighbor disregards the police several times, the dog will be removed from the neighbor, forcing him to pay a fine and answer to animal enforcement. There will come a point when the man will not be able to get the dog back. So sorry to hear of your troubles and I hope you can peacefully find resolution soon.

Try these or do a search on google – just put in rubber garden moulds. There are quite a few firms that supply them. We used to have a bloke sell items at our local car boot, and a stall under cover in our small shopping centre, but we don’t see them very often now. Good luck.

I had a kitchy type magazine that I wanted to order out of. (garden gnomes,solargarden globes, wall hangings, small tables etc) My niece tossed it. I know they have a website, but I can’t even remember the mag’s name let alone the web address. Any of these type of websites would be appeciated.
