Growing weed inside, light cycle?
Ok, I have my own plant female of course and its been growing for about 3 months, its been in its “budding” state for about 1 month now and has hairs coming out all over basically, now do i keep the light cycle 12/12 like when i started so it would start budding, or now that i know its female do i change it bake to full light or what? Please help me the hairs seem to be getting longer but not thick and big like a bud is suppose to be. Thank you for your help, and no need to post negative comments because your helping no one.

You keep it 12/12 for another month and then you take the buds off and hang them upside down to drain the thc to the top of the buds and leave them like that for two weeks and then they will come out primo. Have fun(:

What is the deal with marijuana (weed)?
I have read numerous posts here stating that the only reason marijuana is not legalized is because the government cannot tax it since it is fairly easy to grow on your own. Whereas with alcohol or tobacco, the gov is free to tax. Is this really why? Many people are capable of making their own (much stronger) vodka and therefore get more drunk.
Others also post that no one has ever “died” from smoking weed. Is one to label something “bad” merely from a death occurrence? I think that is absurd. Just because people do not die from eating junk food/ or frozen food on a daily basis, does not mean that the food does not have adverse effects on the body?
Is marijuana good or bad? I can’t seem to take a position. =)

There are a few reasons it’s kept illegal but it has to do with loading pockets of politicians, ego and saving face. The government made it illegal for unjust reasons such as racism. If they legalized it now it would become too obvious that they were wrong for making it illegal in the first place.
It can most definitely be taxed, and lets also not forget the industrial hemp would provide a plethora of industries and jobs that would help with our suffering economy.
It is true that there have been no recorded deaths due to marijuana use alone. It’s lethal potential should most definitely be considered in judging how bad it is. In a land where we pride ourselves on “freedom” we don’t currently have the freedom to choose s safer recreational substance than alcohol. Why not allow people to consume a safer drug?
What about cigarettes, one of the leading killers in this country, claiming over 450,000 lives per year. The hypocrisy here is astounding, how can they allow such a dangerous drug to be illegal while condemning marijuana use?
There also has never been a single case of cancer linked to marijuana use.

But there is no denying smoking isn’t a healthy act. It can make you more susceptible to chronic cough and chest colds. There are other methods of ingestion that are becoming increasing common and popular, such as vaporizing, tinctures and edibles. Using this methods will completely nullify the risks associated with inhaling the by-products of burning plant material.
In reality, marijuana is a relatively benign substance that actually has more health benefits than health risks.
Also, marijuana makes a much safer and more effective medicine for many ailments and diseases. Many over-the-counter and prescription medicines have a high potential for abuse/addiction and the side effects can be devastating. When the pill does more harm than good, how can that be used as a legal medicine? Sometimes people stop taking their handful of medicines and start using cannabis, which does everything those pills can do.
The war on marijuana costs this country billions of dollars each year. If it were legalized and taxed we wouldn’t be spending those billions of dollars, we’d be generating that money to contribute to our economy.
Prohibition didn’t work with alcohol and it’s not working with marijuana.
When legalizing cannabis has more pros than cons, you have to ask yourself who the government really has in their best interests..us or themselves?

Growing Weed on a Mountain?
was good…i’ve been a smoker for years. I started pushing during my senior year of high school and made bank with no problems with the law, I moved on to college and made even more money but I was buying off of people, who in turn were middle men too but I never found the source.
Anyhow shit hit the fan cuz I was caught with a QP thanks to my two punk roommates big mouths. I got kicked out of school and the country so I’m back at my spot in South America and with only a high school diploma I aint gon be no one and Im not working for chump change so I have no choice but to grow some nug myself and dominate the market down here.
The problem is its 100 degrees or over almost everyday. I am under no circumstances growing on or near my property and powering the lamps and a.c. would get me caught plus it means having more people involved and ive already experienced how “your best friend can be your worst enemy”. with that in mind i started looking for an outdoor location.
I found a place on a mountain dont know the exact temperature but its a lot cooler there (not the like winter temperatures in Mass. id say comparable to spring or fall prob like 70’s in the shade) theres a lot of dense vegetation, people do hike there but they tend to stick to the trails and I’d find a isolated location far away from them.
I dont know what strain to choose… they only get skunk and hash down there, none of it made or grown there but imported from the netherlands. I wouldnt be around the location all the time so the strain should be strong enough to survive on its own and still be different and better compared to the skunk they get. Im a new grower so I’d appreciate any tips or forms of advice.

Look up a download for an ebook called “The Big Book of Bud.” Has some good info on TONS of different strains including how much the plant generally produces per square meter.
