Why do people think Weed will solve american money problems.?
Im sick of hearing that if we legalize weed that we will have all this money. First off, people assume this because of taxes on tobacco. Except weed is far cigeretts
Cigs are not just tobacco, but multiple chemicals that the companies add. So even if you have tobacco, you dont have cigs. Also, you are not taxed to grow tobacco, you are taxed to sell tobacco. So you can grow your own tobacco and smoke what you want tax free. The problem is tobacco is hard to grow and very soil demanding. Which is why your avg person doesnt grow it.
Weed on the other hand, can be grown in a closet under a sun light. it doesnt need a process to become usuable, and most people get their supply from a local dealer. So if we legalize weed
People will just grow it themselves
local dealers will continue to sell (tax free) now with little to no fear of being caught
Im not sure if it should be illegal or not but the arguement about how it wuill “pay for everything” is just nonsense

If your a dealer growing it out of you yard, or buying it illegally from mexico, are you gonna start paying taxes on it? Or are you gonna take the profits for yourself.

and commercially grown stuff produced by corporate mega growing operations? God knows what they would put in it.
Or would you grow your own stuff for a small fraction of the price? Or buy it from a friend that’s good at growing it?
Why would you want to support the man & big business?
I thought the pro legalization crowd claims everyone would be paying all of these taxes on weed. It would be better to avoid the BS taxed stuff.

I have a few questions on the subject. Can it be grown in Toronto Canada instead of B.C? Do you have to find the patience you can sell to if you both have liscences? Do you have to grow it according to Start Your Legal Marijuana Business Now by eric nash and wedy little or can you use your own way?

You cannot legally grow and sell marijuana in Canada. There is no such thing as a license to grow weed. You may have a prescription for medical use but they never tell you where to get it and it can only be for a very small amount.
