can some one give some help on this ?
So first of all , i’m planning on growing my own tobacco, and I have heard or more like read, that the havana tobacco is quite easy to grow and has a good taste, is it true ?
Second because i’m going to smoke a pipe, i was wondering if there his ,besides the havana, any type of tobacco that I should plant and also how thick should I cut those leaves, after the color curing.
I hope you guys can help me out on this , and most of all thank you for all the questions.

Is it legal in CA to grow 1 pot of tobacco?
Like one flower pot, single plant of tobacco that’s found in cigarettes, for personal use? I don’t like the store cigs with all the cancer causing addictive chemicals mixed in the tobacco, would rather grow a tiny bit for my own use – don’t see how it could be illegal. Any ideas? No different than growing my own tomatoes cuz i don’t want to buy genetically engineered pesticide sprayed ones from the store.

Most of this price increase is due to new “sin taxes” = smokers are bad for smoking, tax them.
But won’t people eventually realize one small investment in a rolling machine, rolling papers, and your own tobacco would save A FORTUNE?

Well if you like to smoke it’s a good idea, but do it quick before gov makes growing it illegal.
I have mine in grow boxes and planning on cigars.
Yea, a tax to pay for kids health care and the gov admitted they would need 22 million more smokers to fully fund the program.

How did White people think the slavery situation was going to end?
I mean, did you guys expect slavery to go on forever, or did you know that eventually it would have to end? I just cannot imagine how these slave owners slept at night knowing that they were surrounded by people they claimed to own as property….Secondly, why do white people complain about blacks when you guys were the once who hauled us over here? I guess it must be the sins of the fathers falling upon the children…If you all had been willing to grow your own cotton, tobacco and sugarcane (in the Caribbean) We obviously would not be in the West in such numbers as we are. So please stop complaining about it, because you are reaping what was sowed.
Since I know that white people get together and talk about these things in secret, I am asking this question. You answers will not offend me.
I am fully aware that black Africans sold other black Africans into slavery. They will get theirs in the afterlife. The pits of hell are waiting. However, if I kidnapped someone and then sold them to you, we are both guilty…So pointing out this fact does not absolve the white slaveholders.

If I smoked, I would probably grow my own. Not hard to do. I like to garden, so its not that big of a deal to grow a plant. About as hard as growing green beans. You can even grow it in a very large pot or a 5 gallon bucket on a fire escape.
Obama will probably send out the excise tax people to catch the small guy thogh.

how do i turn my own tobacco into sweet aromatic pipe tobacco?
im planning on growing my first crop of tobacco this year and i want to know after i harvest and cure my tobacco how to i turn the cured tobacco into a sweet smelling pipe tobacco? and how can i turn it into a sweet chewing tobacco? also can i just put it straight into a cig and smoke it or do i have to age it?

also if you know anything about tobacco, how many lbs of tobacco come from one plant?
