Is it illegal to grow one cannabis plant in the uk if not used for drugs?
I am thinking of growing my own weed 1 plant is it illegal and if so what would i get if i got caught.
I am a occational weed smoker 1-2 month and dont like what they add to it
Help plz not bothered about a few months jail the chances on one plant are slim anyway just concerned with criminal record

If you want to grow just the 1 plant you can grow it but whatever you do don’t tell absolutely anybody not even you best friend. I want to grow some but i’m still living with my mam and dad so i can’t. I think if you get caught you will just get a caution because they will check for any proof of any previous grows which they won’t find anyways. And you only have 1 plant which they won’t think your a dealer.

Epimedium saggitatum is readily available in dry leaf and tablet form from companies such as Holland & Barratt, but to buy plants or seeds to plant is just about impossible. All sorts of other epimediums grow quite happily in UK and I’m sure this one would too if you could only get the seeds or one plant and collect the seeds. I reckon you could easily sell them on Ebay as well.
All I can suggest is that you try Yahoo Answers in China where horny goat weed was first discovered.

How can any Government be able to tax marijuana if people could just grow their own?
Alcohol requires full scale manufacturing so the Government can have a easy time taxing it. How would they tax marijuana if people would just grow their own?
