David asks…
I grow my own vegetables and would like to freeze my romano beans. Last year, I followed blanching instructions carefully. After draining the water from them, I sealed them in a freezer bag using a food saver appliance. They were kept frozen for 3 months only. When I went to cook them for dinner, they tasted very rubbery and not at all like the “crunchy” store kind. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I did wrong or how they freeze theirs?

Please can someone answer me this question am I able to use a large plastic greenhouse to grow vegetables all year round as I would love to grow my own vegetables but only have concrete in my garden thanks.
Oh I do have space to bring the greenhouse indoors as I have a spare room that doesnt get used much and as it will be able to be moved so that will solve winter problems thank you for your help im new to gardening and just wanna start my own vegetables.
Sure you can but plastic green house cannot support snow fall in winter unless it was built with strong steel pipe. And you need to install hot air heater to keep temperature at least above 20C during winter no sun period. It costs a lot of electricity. Therefore, double layer plastic green house is preferable.
