Should I invest in tobacco and rolling papers since people will be rolling their own pretty soon?

Prices nationwide range between $4 a pack to around $9 per pack (depending on where your at).

Most of this price increase is due to new “sin taxes” = smokers are bad for smoking, tax them.

But won’t people eventually realize one small investment in a rolling machine, rolling papers, and your own tobacco would save A FORTUNE?

how do i turn my own tobacco into sweet aromatic pipe tobacco?

im planning on growing my first crop of tobacco this year and i want to know after i harvest and cure my tobacco how to i turn the cured tobacco into a sweet smelling pipe tobacco? and how can i turn it into a sweet chewing tobacco? also can i just put it straight into a cig and smoke it or do i have to age it?

Why are white people so terrified of Minorities?

I am a 23 year old black man, a Marine Corp combat veteran, and currently a student which a majoring in science and math, I am generally a polite person and I make it a point everyday to do my best to break down the Negative stereotypes about black people. So with that said I would like ask for EDUCATED Personal opinions without being dis-respectful or be-belittling one another.

I personally believe that the problem begins with with the Music/Movie/News and negative stereotypes. In almost any genre of television show you watch you see that minorities Particularly black urban youths are often used as burglar, larcenist, rapist, Car thieves or violent incoherent attackers From anything from Soap Opera’s to Crime Dramas or even Comedy.

I believe that this leads to the subconscious to profile these type characters to later use them a warnings that these characters in reality without re-guard to their actual intentions maybe pose a threat to your safety or continued existence. I also believe that growing prominence of negative Music that takes pride on being as ignorant and flashy as you can be is also being presented to Others as the Flower of urban black Culture. Which is most definitely not the case, also please don’t get me wrong all hip-hop is not Self promoting, women bashing, hate mongering, music just allot of it in the Mainstream is.

I find my self swayed to believe that in combination with what was stated previously and of those who fail realize that today’s Mainstream Music is an ENTERTAINMENT Industry that thrives only by doing and behaving sensationally hence the “Nikki Minage’s” the “lil Wayne’s” type behavior that includes dressing as a human doll and such. They do these things because they know it will draw publicity negative or positive it doesn’t matter because you are talking about them and that is what they want. The exposure of this type of culture to people who don’t have many daily interactions with many minorities is Extremely detrimental to race relations.

For example in a personal experience at boot camp on Paris Island toward the end of recruit training when we had gelled as a team and unit and were open to each other one of the recruits stated he had never met a black person prior to being on Paris Island and didn’t know what to expect because his only exposure to blacks had been that of television and he expected us to act like “thugs and gangsta’s” to his surprise this was most definitely not the case. He came to learn and understand that like white people we have wants and desires and we struggle to improve our financial assets and class standing in the world.

It’s also known that the Major News corporation’s play a disproportionate amount of “Minority on white” vs “White on Minority” ratio of crimes, I’m not attempting to justify it but this makes sense as Television must cater to the audience which is for the most part white butt this could and does contribute more tense race relations. I would Imagine the audience feeling battered by minorities although it may not be the case.

I had a close friend of mine tell me he feels like all black people that he doesn’t know hate him or could careless for him. I personally believe real friend’s should be able to talk about anything without compromising their relationship that’s how we progress and strengthen our bonds to one Another.
Another friend of mine who is Full blooded Portuguese but looks as though he was mixed even agrees with me on this matter as he was consider Mixed when he is only Portuguese and treated differently by his own.

Now with all that said I have asked this question because I am tired of feeling Alienated sometimes in my own Nation. I was born here and I have No intentions of leaving to make any man happy white black or other. I am tired of walking past cars only to hear it be locked as i walk by, I am tired of seeing people cross the street to avoid me, People wont even look me in the eye when they talk to me, I don’t dress thuggish or even urban. I dress as though I walked out of work from a clothing department store (no i don’t tuck my shirt in that’s just tacky). I feel this building resentment growing inside of me like sometimes we will never be accepted completely. This especially bothers Me because i love this Nation and I love the fact that when you look at pictures of our Military and Government you see people of all different ethnic and racial backgrounds compared that to other nation’s Military’s who all look White or Black or Asian etc.

I love the diversity of America, we are the Most diverse racially and geologically and allowing everyone to contribute has been our strength. None the less this question plagues my thoughts and i would like to hear from those who feel they can appropriately answer this question with their thought’s or even questions.

Please help, I have a mother rabbit and her 6 babies !?!?

I rescued a mother rabbit and her 7 bunnies from the barn I work at. Originally there was 9 babies, the other rabbits with the mother killed two and paralysed one. I have the mother and her 6 babies in my home (the paralysed one passed away this morning, but now there’s another sick/injured baby). Both baby bunnies (the paralysed, and the sick/injured one could not get up and kept wiggling/ flopping on the bottom of their cage).. I have never had baby animals before, but am familiar with bunnies as I had 6 of my own for many years. Can someone explain this. The babies (the 6 of them) can all fit in my one hand, and are just opening their eyes. The stronger/ bigger babies can slowly hop from one end of the cage to the other. Does anyone know approximately how old they might be? Please help me decide what I should do with the sick/injured baby, i’m thinking of separating it from it mom and litter mates, is this the right choice? Approximately how old should the babies be before I remove the mother, and start them on solid food? Anyother releative information is great help.

*Now before anyone starts criticizing me for taking the babies and their mother home with me, I made this decising to gve the babies a chance, if your a farmer and own a barn the larger animals (in my case the horses) are more important, the barn is on a tight budget, and does not have enough time/ or the means to care for these babies. I was convinced that all of them would of been dead the next day if I had left them there in the hutch with the other full grown rabbits.
Update: The mother has stomped on and killed the sick/injured bunny. One other baby bunny is acting the same way as the other two who passed away (not being able to hold its self up, its very stiff, and remains lying on its side). I am now down to 4 babies (the strongest/ biggest of the litter), I lost the fifth one, as it was getting curios and wandered over to the water dish, where I believe it drown.

Please share any advice you may have so that I can save the last 4 baby bunnies.
