Islam and the West are incompatible on many levels, how do we improve relations?

Liberal Democracy and Islam are polar opposites in many aspects, so how can we expect Muslims in the West to fully integrate into society? The answer is we can’t, at least not to the level that we would like. I do not want to come off as some racist who wants everyone to be like me, that’s not true. Here in Australia multiculturalism has generally worked, it’s not perfect but it can be considered a success. It has not worked so well in Europe. Everything from the riots in France (predominantly Muslim rioters) to police in Belgium told not to drink coffee in public during Ramadan. The bombings in London were done by home grown Muslims and that’s bloody scary, to think that your own country could be breeding those terrorist scum. Yet even after all this, we tolerate it knowing full well that if we went to a Muslim majority country it would be a cold day in hell before we were allowed to behave this way. So with all of this in mind, how can we improve the situation between us?

Woman gets man arrested for being naked in his own home. Sexist double-standard?

Apparently, a woman was walking with her son at 5:30 AM, and saw a guy in his home naked in the kitchen making coffee. She called the police, and alleged that he was being some kind of pervert/pedophile that got naked on purpose so she & her son could see.

First of all, who walks around at 5:30 in the morning? And looks in people’s windows? Not only that, but in the video in the link below, it states that she walked across his front lawn. So she was on his property.

The guy in question says that he woke up and made coffee and didn’t see or hear anyone. He just said minutes later the cops knocked on his door.

Anyway, charges were filed against the guy and he has a court date.

SPRINGFIELD, Va. – A Springfield, Virginia man is facing an indecent exposure charge after a passerby spotted the man naked in his kitchen and reported it to police.

Eric Williamson, 29, is a commercial diver who grew up in Hawaii and rents home with several co-workers. Williamson told FOX 5’s Will Thomas his roommates were not home and he walked into the kitchen to make coffee about 5:30 a.m. Monday.

“Yes, I wasn’t wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me,” Williamson said.

The complaint came from an unidentified woman who was walking with a 7-year-old boy. A Fairfax County Police spokesman said officers arrested Williamson for indecent exposure because they believe he wanted to be seen naked by the public.

Officer Bud Walker said officers also consulted the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office and they were given the green light to proceed with the charge.

Williamson, who is father of a 5-year old girl, said he feels like the victim.

“I am a loving dad. Any of my friends and anyone knows that and there is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever, ever do anything like that to a kid,” he said.

Williamson is meeting with a lawyer to fight the charge and may attempt to seek damages from Fairfax County Police. If convicted on the misdemeanor charge, he would face up to one year in jail and a $2,000 fine.
On the double-standard point: Had this been a woman naked in her home, and some guy was walking through her yard at 5:30 in the morning, peeking in her window — which one would we accuse of being in the wrong? The guy, of course. Why is it that when a woman chooses to be a peeping-tom against a male in the privacy of his own home, the male gets punished??
Ron Burgundy: I think that’s a pretty stupid question. No, I’m not gay. And I call it a “stupid question” because nothing I wrote would indicate I’m gay. Are you so insecure about your own sexuality that you can’t defend a man’s right to be naked in his own home? I can comfortably talk about a man being “naked” in his home without being squeamish and worrying about my sexuality. You seem to be on the “uncertain” side.

How would you react when your 6 foot son in law (((NOT MARRIED YET))) said he was gunna get the landlord to kick your face down the stairs…and then he does get the landlord (((ANOTHER 6 FOOT TALL MAN)))…and they are both standing over the top of you and trying to tell you to leave your daughters house???

= Because I was upset about my youngest son, who is my 5th child, getting a black eye and busted up nose for his 21st birthday gift, the previous evening…so…I was “Yelling”

As far as the “yelling goes”, Do you think that grown adult men are allowed to swear on the top of their voice all day long, in jest, about anal sex…but when a woman raises her voice in protest about her son getting punched…she should be kicked in the face down the stairs?
Do you think that I should support him marrying my daughter and bringing more children into this world???
How is he going to treat me when his child is my grandchild???

The landlord said…”I have just come back from burying my father and I don’t need this!”
…And I said “Yes!, I have a dead kid in the cemetery too!”
…It is my youngest sons 21st today and I’m a bit upset about him getting punched in the face!”…”I do not care!”, was the reply…”I know that nobody cares!”, I said…
…Why is it okay for the adult men to speak to grandmothers and mothers like this and threaten them with such violent acts…but expect to be driven to the shop and get a lift wherever they wish to go…and why is it okay for me, as that person, to still do all the dirty work for those same men who threaten me???
I just laugh to mydelf, because that landlord man is earning $600 every week in rent from my offspring…he is making money from my kids that I gave birth to, from my body and I remember doing all the hard yards, alone, I do not have a grandfather standing beside me…so I think that I should have heard the words “Happy fathers day”, but instead I hear 6 foot men threatening to kick me in the face!…I already have been kicked in the face by my youngest sons father, 21 years ago and got a fractured jaw from the experience…but of course, I am expected to be stronger than a man…???
I no longer get upset by being threatened by men…DO YOU???

…Today is one of the happiest days of my life because…I DID IT!!!…I raised 4 kids, through to adult hood, all by my own devinberry self…YES YES YES…I HAVE DONE IT!!!
…Tears stream down my face as I walk along a tropical city street at 8am and I cannot even believe that I have been a mother for 31 years now, and I am PROUD and they all need me…they all love me…MINE!!! = MY KIDS…yeah…I’m the one in the cemetery every 2nd day watering flowers on my baby daughters grave…I’m the one getting up at 6am every morning to sit next to my learner driver son, as he drives to work…and I’m the one washing his work clothes at night and doing the house work for my sons…and I’m the one who always comes when they call…
My daughter says…”If you ever have a crisis, call Nana!!!”
My question to all women, be they mothers, grandmothers or not…How would you react to those words “KICK YOUR FACE DOWN THE STAIRS”…???

And yes…I do expect many a reply…from men…who say they want to kick my face in also…as this is life…this is the future and this is how we all behave…so go ahead and abuse me more…for what???? FOR BEING A MOTHER??? A WOMAN???…YOU TELL ME WHY IT IS OKAY IN OUR SOCIETY?????
