I would like to grow just 1 or 2 marijuana plants as a school experiment and project?

I am asking how to grow a few plants only using my kitchen and every day indoor lighting to grow Marijuana. People in states that allow medical marijuana buy these plants at a price far above its actual cost due to it being illegal. Now the risks may no longer exist in many states and people can grow their own now for medicinal purposes in small quantities. There is no way to determine today how much THC is needed for a plant to be effective for medical issues and these stores sell weed (for lack of a better word) up to and above 25%. This may, just may over medicate them. Weed cannot be regulated because no content of this chemical can be known until after the plant has matured I believe thus placing many in a stupor and unable to perform their every day activities.
PLEASE ! I just want to know how to germinate the seeds in the kitchen oven like they did in the 60’s and 70’s. The minimum light needed for indoor plants. Everything about cropping new plants. I need to submit an action plan before I can get permission to do this study and conduct my experiment. If they are gonna legalize this plant and its use for medical issues I need more information as to how to grow, costs and materials need needed for indoor growing without using expensive materials. Like a beginners book for dummies to grow their own legal medicinal plants. I went to a store which sold medical marijuana and the cost of a weeks supply was way more than I had dreamed of. With marijuana becoming legal the risks are much lower and maybe punishment MAY end who knows. My goals are to help those who cannot afford hundreds of dollars every month for ANY medication that is needed to benefit from. Why not HASH? it has a higher THC level than weed and is much cheaper per dose?. I just need information and nothing more until I get permission for this project of mine. I will NOT do anything that’s illegal. I do remember using a newspaper wet, in a kitchen oven before planting. My second goal is to grow this for personal use as cheap as possible. with at least a content of about 10% THC.
My degree is in the medical field and nothing I will do will be done without permission everyone. Many scientists conducted experiments in the past to help people that may benefit from the results. I am attempting a plant or two only not a crop. If the marijuana laws are permitted eventually by federal law then my paper and book will be one of the first helpful publications to aid those in need. Everything will be done under supervision by the authorities if necessary. Soon, I see marijuana being legalized once again due to the support of every American and now even elected officials. My home will be ideal due to costs and it will be 1 or 2 plants again I state not a crop of it..

Why do people support weed being illegal?

Seriously, what’s it to you if someone else is high? they aren’t hurting you when they responsibly get high anymore than someone who responsibly gets drunk…

And I’ve heard the argument that the government doesn’t want it legal because then people would just grow their own weed and the government would be unable to tax it…bullshit, people grow their own tomatoes and strawberries all the time and the government doesnt seem to have the least problem with those being legal and untaxed. besides, you could make the same argument about tobacco yet nobody grows tobacco in their own house, why? because it is a lot cheaper to buy tobacco than to grow it yourself, just like it would be much cheaper to buy weed than to grow it yourself if it were made legal…
People get responsibly drunk all the time…just because one person gets drunk irresponsibly does not mean that it is an impossible feat, it just means that someone had a bad night; if they do it repeatedly, it means they are a moron and truly irresponsible.

Weed is not addictive. I have gone three months with it, and then on a dime I quit for a month, it wasn’t that hard at all.

Guy with the comment about how sad your friends are now that they have started to smoke weed, I’ll tell you what’s sad. What’s sad is watching somebody you have known your whole life die of lung cancer because they couldn’t put down their cigarettes. I have not yet heard about anybody catching cancer from weed (if you can find a story, I IMPLORE that you share it with me), yet weed remains illegal, while cigarettes remain legal.

Tips on how to grow my own weed?

I just want some opinions on this topic. I have been smoking weed for a while now….not religiously, but I’m pretty sick of counting on other people for hook ups. I’m 20 (I’ll be 21 soon) , I live in Colorado, it’s legal to have two plants if I’m 21. Does anyone have experience growing weed? Is it really hard? What types of materials do I need (lights, etc?)? Would it be cheaper for me to grow my own weed, or is it still expensive? I don’t plan on selling it. Just enjoying it. 🙂 Thank you!
