How much should I charge to till a garden? The equipement is supplied by them all i have to do is operate and fix the garden

I wouldn’t say “… All I have to do is…”. If you’re going to till and actually build a garden – that involves quiet a bit of sweat and time to get it right. I strongly suggest that you talk over what exactly their idea of “fix” is. Is it till and rake smooth? Or is it till, rake out grass/weed clumps, level, and amend with compost or other organic matter?
Since they are providing the equipment and gas – you are selling your time and your muscles. Where you live influences the going rate. You can charge by the hour or by the job, but by the job is most common. Try looking through local classified ads to get a feel for what manual labor goes for, then look over the area to get an idea of how many hours you think you’ll need to get it done correctly.

Where is the cheapest place to buy candle making supplies online?
I just bought a candle making kit and was wondering where the cheapest place to buy supplies will be when I need more. It seems that scent is about $2.00-$4.00 per ounce. Soy wax is $3.00 lb. If anyone knows where to get this stuff cheaper please let me know. I would also be willing to use paraffin or other kinds of wax if it is cheaper. Buying in bulk is an option but only if the savings are substantial.

I want to cool down my air coolers water temperature Please help?
I have this same air cooler please see images bellow:

There is water in the under portion of the cooler that goes top of the cooler then it drops on the 3 sides of windows that made with wood trash and they wet then the fan through the cool air.
So I just want to drop the water temperature level to get super cool air. If i put normal ice then the water cool down then the air comes cool also.
Please tell me if i use ice mixed with salt then i think ice temperature goes down in minus then if i put that ice in the water so what will happen? I think water temperature will goes down rapidly, is it? Is this procedure ( ice mixed with salt ) would be more suitable?

It’s not going to work. The temperature of the water is not the deciding factor. The cooler works through evaporation. Putting salt in the cooler will likely destroy it.
Regardless of outside temp and water temp, evap coolers produce approximately 78*F air (unless it is already cooler than that outside of course) and once humidity outside gets too high (above 40-50%) it stops cooling efficiently and just blows the wet air around.
